My mother has always made chocolate salami for Christmas and New Year’s Eve since I was a little girl.
She’d keep it simple or add walnuts and raisins, but it was always delicious.
I wanted to try something new. We ate at a restaurant a few weeks ago, and for dessert I had a brownie with peanut butter and peanuts, which I thoroughly enjoyed.
The combination of chocolate and peanut butter was incredible. So I had to give it a shot and I must say I like it. It gives the traditional chocolate salami a distinct flavor.
