Ingredients
  

  • 300 g pasta
  • 500 g zucchini
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 300 g greek yogurt
  • 150 g parmesan cheese shaves
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta and let it cool.
  • Cut the zucchini into rounds and cook them in a pan with 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  • In a bowl add the pasta, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, greek yogurt, and parmesan cheese.
  • Mix everything together and add salt and pepper to taste.
