I love cookies! They are so easy to make and delicious, so I tested lots of recipes until I found the one that I love. This recipe will offer chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside cookies and the secret to that found while testing is that you should always use melted butter.
So with just a few ingredients and a little time you can have the perfect dessert.

Chocolate chips cookies
If you're looking for a delicious, soft and chewy chocolate chip cookie, look no more!
Ingredients
- 360 g flour
- 100 g granulated sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 100 g chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 200 g melted butter
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- In a bowl add the melted butter and the dry ingredients.
- Mix everything together and add the eggs.
- Mix everything with a spoon or by hand, then add the chocolate chips.
- Roll 2 tbsp of dough into balls and place them on a cookie sheet, make sure to leave space in between.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.
- Wait for about 2 minutes before removing them from the baking pan and then place them on a cooling rack.
